Abstract

Bankaltimtara is PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Timur and North Kalimantan operating under the trade name Bankaltimtara which has a banking application named DG Bankaltimtara. And intended for all Bankaltimtara customers who have savings. DG Bankaltimtara can be installed via smartphones, such as Android or IOS. That is, it is enough just to connect to the internet network and access DG Bankltimtara, especially users at the North Penajam Paser branch, so all banking matters can be easily completed in just a matter of minutes. There are several service features provided such as balance information, account mutation information, transfers between accounts and to other banks, payments, and purchases. With the DG Bankaltimtara application, it is necessary to identify problems to find out how satisfied the community or users are with the application. One method that can be used in evaluating is to use the PIECES Framework (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service) method. Based on the PIECES method which consists of Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service to measure the level of satisfaction with the use of the DG Bankaltimtara application, the North Penajam Paser branch can be seen from each of the existing variables, to see how much satisfaction the application user has. DG Bankaltimtara in the PIECES framework method is to produce an average value of the questionnaire results of 4.46 on the likert scale with very satisfied category

Abstract

PT PAL Indonesia is one of the state-owned enterprises engaged in the shipbuilding industry which has business advantages in shipbuilding and shipbuilding capabilities. Being a fairly large company, PT PAL gets opinions from the public regarding the performance and services provided. Therefore, a sentiment analysis was carried out on public opinion on Twitter social media using data that had been collected into a dataset and processed using Rapidminer tools. This study uses the Naïve Bayes, K-NN and Decision Tree methods to make comparisons by looking at the level of accuracy of the three methods used. The results of the study show that the Naïve Bayes method has an accuracy rate of 84.08% with class precision for pred. positive is 83.65%, pred. Neutral is 97.06%, pred. negative 100%, K-NN method is 83.38% with class precision for pred. positive is 83.05%, pred. Neutral is 96.43%, pred. negative 0.0% and the Decision Tree method is 81.09% with class precision for pred. positive is 81.09%, pred. Neutral is 0.0%, pred. negative 0.0%. The results of this study can show that the Naïve Bayes method has a higher accuracy rate than other methods used with an accuracy rate of 84.08%

Abstract

Selection of the right wireless router can maximize the performance of the internet network. Especially for a company whose business is very dependent on the internet network, choosing the right wireless router is an important factor. The purpose of this study is to implement one of the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) approaches, namely the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in a decision support system for selecting wireless router devices to help individuals and companies determine the right wireless router and according to what the user wants. The TOPSIS method is used because it is practical in its use, and has simplicity in concept, efficiency in the computational process and the best alternative is obtained by paying attention to the distance of the closest positive ideal solution and the farthest negative ideal solution distance. The system is built with software development techniques using the Extreme Programming (XP) method which begins with the planning, design, coding and testing stages. The developed system has functions such as being able to manage alternative data, criteria data, weight data, alternative values for each criterion, perform calculations using the TOPSIS method and can display the best alternative results. The results of the black-box testing show that the developed system can function and run well. In addition, the results by calculating manually with the system show the same results.

Abstract

Kebutuhan energi listrik sekarang sangatlah besar pada akhir tahun 2018 pembangkit listrik di Indonesia mencapai 64.924,80 MW yang terdiri dari pembangkit PLN sebesar 40.814,92 MW dan yang tidak berasal dari PLN sebesar 24.109,89 MW. Di bandingkan dengan tahun 2017 sebesar 62.202,94 MW.Maka dari itu kita membutuhkan energi alternatif terbarukan seperti energi panas matahari. Pemerintah terus berupaya mengejar target energi baru terbarukan (EBT) 23% hingga tahun 2025. Hal itu di wujudkan dengan menggalakkan program PJU di seluruh desa Indonesia.Penelitian ini berisi tentang konsep perancangan, objek penelitian, metode pengumpulan data, metode perancangan dan jadwal penelitian yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam bab ini juga dibuat kerangka flowchat alur penelitian untuk acuan dalam melakukan penelitian. Dari pengujian alat yang dilakukan maka dihasilkan konsumsi daya yang dapat diketahui dengan menghitung watt yang dipakai untuk menyalakan beban lampu,serta membandingkan watt pengujian pertama dan pengujian kedua. Metode fuzzy logic dapat berfungsi dengan baik pada saat digunakan untuk mencari nilai optimal pada rancang bangun kontrol penerangan jalan umum tenaga surya yang dilengkapi informasi kondisi lampu dengan bantuan Internet Of Things.

Abstract

Since ancient times until now herbal plants have been used for treatment and have been applied in the world of health to this day. All parts of the plant can be used as medicine, one of which is the leaves. However, there are still many people who are not familiar with the medicinal leaves. This is because the leaves at first glance look almost the same, making it difficult to tell them apart. Actually, if you look closely, the leaves have characteristics that can be distinguished from one leaf to another. The purpose of this study is to classify images of herbal leaf species using the Backpropagation Neural Network (BNN) algorithm with shape feature extraction utilizing metric and eccentricity parameters. BNN is a type of supervised learning algorithm that consists of several layers and uses an error output as a modifier of the weight value backwards. In this study, the extraction of shape features that become input for the BNN algorithm will go through morphological operations to improve the segmentation results so that the classification results are more optimal. The test results show an accuracy of 88.75%, this shows the developed model can classify herbal leaves well

Abstract

Waste management that is not integrated well causes a lack of public interest in disposing of garbage in its place. The impact caused can disrupt the health and cleanliness of the environment. Environmental cleanliness is an important thing that must be considered, a clean environment makes us feel serene and comfortable so it is very important to grow awareness in maintaining environmental cleanliness by disposing of garbage in its place. The method used in this study is the design of the tool, with the needs of analysis, field circuit, tool making, testing and analysis tools. It needs innovation in today's hygiene system technology, one of which is making automatic trash cans to be more efficient in its use. By utilizing technology in its controlling system. A microcontroller-based automatic trash can be made to open and close the box automatically by using the Distance Sensor Control (Ultrasonic) and the servo motor function as the drive cap automatically. Automatic trash can with a microcontroller-based ultrasonic sensor can detect movements with a distance of 30 cm after it automatically servo open the garbage box lid, and delay for 5 seconds

Abstract

Currently, technology has become a fast and easy access to information data. Technology contributes to the arrangement of management systems and processes in both government and private institutions. Utilization of Information Technology (IT) is mandatory in today's modern era. One of the applications of IT in village life is the use of the Village Information System (SID). SID provides benefits to the community in terms of information related to the village, namely in terms of the shape of the area, population, tourist attractions and correspondence services. Preliminary observations of the study indicate that the use of SID in Sidomoro Village still has performance deficiencies, namely service constraints, the lack of functioning of several features in Sidomoro SID, system loading problems and system accuracy from Sidomoro SID. This constraint affects user service satisfaction in Sidomoro village. This study requires testing the number of respondents from the village apparatus and the Sidomoro village community. The user satisfaction test model in this study was successful in analyzing the EUCS model. The results of the question analysis show that this research has a valid and reliable value. The satisfaction value of using the SIDOMORO village SID is 64.79. The value above 65% means that the Sidomoro people are satisfied with using SID in 2020-2021. The recommendation of this research is that the Sidomoro Village SID requires improvements to the loading section and system accuracy through periodic planning to achieve a very satisfactory level.

Abstract

Korean culture in the last two decades has shaken the whole world, including Indonesia, almost all millennial children talk about Korean culture, whether from dramas, films, songs, fashion, lifestyle, industrial products have begun to penetrate the lives of Indonesian people. One of the trends of public interest is Korean film drama. However, in the expansion of Korean film dramas in Indonesia, there must still be a negative perspective, so an analysis of the sentiments of Indonesian people's opinions regarding Korean culture is currently on the rise. This sentiment analysis data is taken from comments about Korean dramas that are widely written on Twitter. From the many opinions about Korean dramas, a classification is needed according to the existing sentiments so that it will be easy to get the tendency of opinions written on Twitter towards Korean dramas whether they tend to have positive, neutral or negative opinions. In the analysis of opinion sentiment using a Naive Bayes approach taken from Twitter Social Media. The application of the Nave Bayes algorithm in grouping positive, neutral and negative sentiments based on Korean drama commentary review data collected. The purpose of this study is to analyze public opinion and sentiment on Korean dramas on Twitter based on 100 data taken, using Orange tools for the sentiment analysis process. The results given show a percentage value of 69% by calculating the Naive Bayes algorithm

Abstract

Tokopedia is one of the largest online marketplace providers in Indonesia that facilitates internet users to conduct online buying and selling activities. However, based on a survey conducted by TOP Brand, Tokopedia was ranked first in 2021 with a score of 4.53%. Tokopedia is ranked 1st as the best e-commerce site in Indonesia. This will certainly be a matter of concern for managers from Tokopedia to improve the quality of service on their website. Because the quality of this service is the key to measuring customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine user satisfaction with the Tokopedia application for international Borneo STMIC students, Balikpapan. The model used to explain user satisfaction with the application of the Tokopedia application is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 5 constructs. close that the use of the Tokopedia application (actual use) with a percentage of 86.07%, the ease of the Tokopedia application (perceived easy of use) with a percentage of 86.78%, the benefits of the Tokopedia application (perceived usefulness) with a percentage value of 86.78%, the risk of the Tokopedia application (perceived risk) with a percentage value of 86.60% and the trust of Tokopedia application users (trust) with a percentage value of 87.32% with the category strongly agree. From the results of perceived satisfaction, it can be stated that STMIK BI Balikpapan students are satisfied in using the Tokopedia application.

Abstract

Currently, the competition for E-commerce platforms is getting tougher since the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic, so many E-commerce companies are faced with various opportunities and threats both from within and from abroad. The use of the Shopee Application as an object of research is because Shopee is most accessed by young people where in 2021, according to the author, the Shoppe Application will experience a problem if it is used simultaneously when holding a big sale campaign. This study aims to measure the relationship between System Performance Evaluation using the PIECES framework method which includes 6 dimensions of performance, information, economics, control and security, efficiency, and service variables on Shopee's E-commerce Applications, which aims to determine the level of Application System Performance in terms of weaknesses, strengths and analyze what components need to be improved. This study uses the PIECES Framework method in analyzing data, the use of the PIECES framework method is very suitable in analyzing each system variable under study because it can provide real results on the effectiveness of the system used by the company. User satisfaction with mobile application-based services is measured by the PIECES framework to determine the level of user satisfaction with services. The results of research using the PIECES Framework resulted in an average score of 4.26 with a Likert scale. So service users are categorized as PUAS for the Shoppe application information system service
